Lola has developed the ability to listen and work with her client's unique needs to create something new for each person.  After six years of experience in the hair industry, two of which were spent specializing in updos, haircuts, and styling at Gene Juarez Salon, she has come to love finding a look that compliments her client's features and skin tone.  Lola believes that color is as equally important to completing a look as the haircut itself.  Lately she has employed the new highlighting technique called 'balayage', which gives a more natural, sun-kissed look and compliments the natural tone already existing in one's hair.  Lola wonders if you are searching for a new look this summer or for less maintenance for color grow out...maybe you should try 'balayage' !

Danielle "Dani" excelled at the Gene Juarez Academy of Beauty and completed her training in 1999 after graduating from Lake Stevens High School in 1998.  During her ten years of experience at Salon Michelle, she has also traveled internationally for training at the Kuene Academy in Holland.  Dani enjoys meeting new people and working with them to find the best hairstyle possible!

Cami specializes in color and foiling Cami brings much experience to her work after twenty two successful years as a hair designer.  She has advanced training in many methods including razor texturing and point cutting.  Cami enjoys working with naturally curly hair and invites people with all types of hair to come work with her!

Leah has dreamed of working in the beauty industry her whole life and she so is extremely passionate about her work.  She has a keen eye for what looks good from studying the new and upcoming trends.  Leah is certified with "Euro" so she specializes in cap hair extensions and Keratin Complex smoothing treatment by Coopola.  She has been been fully trained in the newest domestic and international techniques in color, haircuts, and hair extensions and hopes that she can have the opportunity to make you beautiful!

Nikki loves making people feel beautiful. Fully embracing the constant change in the beauty industry she is passionate about designing a style, color or cut exclusively for each client she serves. A "People-person" by nature, Nikki loves her job as much as she loves evolving with the art of hair. Carrying a Washington State Cosmetology instructor license she specializes in hair and eyelash extensions as well as Airbrushing. Kayla is a Lake Stevens Local. Graduated from Denton Massage School LLC in 2006. She specializes in Swedish deep tissue, clinical treatment, hot stone, pregnancy massage and spa services. She loves the power behind what she does because her touch as a massage therapist can be profound. She have always been drawn towards helping others and feel privileged at the opportunity to do so at Salon Michelle.

Staci has come to our salon from the Northwest Hair Academy, a Paul Mitchell partner school.  She was on a design team and in their honors program.  Her love for the hair industry makes her highly passionate and detail oriented for every service she performs.  She has a natural ability to see which color and cut is right for you, working with your style and desires to create the perfect look.  Staci continues to grow in her career and education in the latest trends.  Her goal is to ensure her clients look and feel fabulous and looks forward to building a relationship in the future!
