Your Commitment

To notify Salon Michelle of any cancellation or change to your appointment 24 hours prior to the day of service. Extending our stylists and technicians that courtesy will maximize their efficiency and help maintain competitive pricing.

While Salon Michelle does utilize a "wait list" policy, when there is a cancellation, a base service charge will apply for any appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice which cannot be filled. Every attempt will be made to accommodate walk-in clients and short notice reservations. Wait-listed clients can be called once a cancellation is received.

  • From Hwy 9 North -- take a right into Frontier Village
  • From Hwy 9 South -- take a left into Frontier Village
  • Take an immediately left onto Vernon Rd (Vernon Rd runs North along Hwy 9)
  • Continue though first stop
